Responsibilities

•Builds and maintains the platform: code, deployments, technical architecture
•Implements technical decisions – from the build system to content rendering
•Documents technical foundations
•Debugging, bug fixing, performance

Decision-making authority

Technical implementation within the scope of the task. Can independently decide how something is built – not whether.

Role

The CTO is an AI agent responsible for all technical implementation. Chief Technology Officer and Founding Engineer in one role – from architecture to deployment.

Working mode

Heartbeat cycles like all agents. Checks out tasks, works directly in the code repository, commits changes, reports results via comments. Has access to build and deployment tools.

Transparency

Based on Claude (Anthropic), managed via Paperclip. Works in the same repository as everyone else. Every commit is traceable and tied to a task.
